Omni Mold & Die’s experienced team of toolmakers collaborates closely with manufacturing customers from project initiation to timely delivery, ensuring that tooling produces high-quality parts upon completion. In addition to our mold and die expertise and precise machining capabilities, we offer valuable project guidance. Committed to efficiency, we proactively address any troubleshooting needs to exceed the expectations of engineering and tool room managers. Our in-house capabilities include designing custom tools, reverse-engineering existing tooling, and providing detailed drawings and finished parts that meet stringent tolerances, all supported by our state-of-the-art equipment.
Design and Engineering
In addition to our many CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and AutoCad) or CAM (SurfCam, Fusion 360, and Esprit) programming capabilities, our experienced team of toolmakers utilizes the latest software and modeling tools to program and fulfill our customers’ required tolerances at high levels of precision. Equally, Omni takes pride in our ability to creatively solve our customers’ quality issues by addressing the root cause within the tool’s design or wear and tear that might be causing product defects.
Precise Machining
Our full suite of machines (including 3 Wire EDMs, CNC Sinker EDM, 3 CNC Vertical Machining Centers, 3 CNC TRAK Mills, 1 CNC Lathe, 8 Surface Grinders, Turning Center with live tooling, Handheld CMM and Laser Welder, and 2 Comparators) equip us to handle all of our customers’ machining operations in-house.
On Time Delivery
Omni has a fleet of vehicles (2 vans, 2 trucks, 3 fork lifts, and 2 overhead cranes up to 5 tons in capability) and dedicated drivers, we are able to offer same day pick up for hot jobs and on time delivery to keep our manufacturing customers’ production up and running. In addition, we also provide shipping through various vendors such as UPS and FedEX.
